Shipping and returns
Upon receipt of the goods, we recommend that recipients (client/student) carefully check the condition of the packaging and products. If the packaging is damaged externally, please notify the courier and indicate this on the delivery receipt. Any complaints must be notified in writing, attaching relevant photographs, within 8 days from the date of receipt. Claims for items that have already been cut, sewn or packed will not be accepted.
